Pickup Orders: You can schedule the day and time for your pickup on our WhatsApp (43) 99105-0932. All pickups need to be scheduled.

 

Shipping Orders via Correios or Transportadoras: The dispatch time for your order is up to 3 business days after payment approval (but we always try to send it as soon as possible!).

HOW TO FILL OUT YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS

Pay attention when filling out the delivery address! It is extremely important to be registered correctly for successful delivery. In case of delivery errors caused by incorrect information, a new freight will be calculated, and the buyer must make the payment for the second shipment.

 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR PRODUCTS? (When will my products arrive?)

The delivery time varies according to your region and the type of freight you chose. You can check this information by entering the ZIP code on the product pages or in the shopping cart.

 

WHAT IF MY DELIVERY IS DELAYED?

Deliveries may also be delayed if Correios declares a strike or any type of stoppage. Some locations have delivery restrictions, and the item (your order) will be available at the nearest Correios agency to your address for pick-up within 5 business days. If the item is not picked up, it will be returned to the sender. A new freight will be calculated, and the buyer must make the payment for the second shipment.

 

How to find out where to pick up my product in case of a delivery delay?

You can do this easily in two ways:

WHAT IF CORREIOS / TRANSPORTADORA ARRIVES AND I'M NOT AT HOME?

Two delivery attempts are made (in some cases, up to 3!) for your order. If you can't receive it, the item (your order) will be available at the nearest Correios agency to your address for pick-up within 5 business days. If the item is not picked up, it will be returned to the sender (that's us). A new freight will be calculated, and the buyer must make the payment for the second shipment.
